Minimum necessary collection
DOVA12 may collect a verified email, account and session references, focused intake details, order and provider references, delivery records, support history, security signals, and limited payment metadata needed to operate the service.
DOVA12 does not directly collect full payment card details when Stripe-hosted checkout is used.
How information is used
Information may be used to verify accounts, prepare and deliver the requested service, support customers, prevent abuse, reconcile payment records, review refunds or disputes, secure the service, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Sensitive intake protection
Focused intake and delivered results are encrypted at rest in the commerce runtime. Public systems do not store raw Stripe webhook payloads, card details, verification codes, or raw secret values.
Service providers
DOVA12 may use providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for hosted payment processing, and an email-delivery provider for account and delivery notices. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, security, refunds, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and unresolved dispute state.
